Soft play consists of vibrant soft foam surfaces and play equipment specifically designed for age-appropriate fun. It provides the perfect safe space for babies, toddlers and young children to explore and play safely while improving gross and fine motor development. 

Our soft play areas are designed for the littlest members of your household. We design our play areas to cater to little ones aged 0-6 years old. 

Our play areas can be set up both indoors or outdoors, as your space allows and weather-permitting. We will not set up on rocks, gravel or dirt. If there is a chance of rain, we will not set up outside! If there is bad weather on your rental date and there is no back-up indoor location, we will allow you to reschedule or issue a 50% refund. 

Our staff will need approximately 30-45 mins before and after the event for delivery and set up, as well as break down and removal. 

No! A $75 deposit will reserve your event date. The remainder must be paid in full 7 days before the event. Any reservation not paid in full a week prior to the event will forfeit their deposit and loses their reservation. 

We know that things happen unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to work with you. We will allow one reschedule, as our availability allows. If we cannot accommodate a reschedule, our cancelation policy is as follows:

Any cancelation prior to payment in full will forfeit their deposit.

Any cancelation up to 3 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of their full payment.

Any cancelation made within 3 days of the event will receive a 25% refund of their full payment.

Your little one's safety is our top priority. All of our equipment is steam cleaned, disinfected and sanitized before and after each rental. We never use harsh chemicals and only use cleaning supplies that are derived from natural ingredients. Rest assured that your child is safe to play and explore!
